Hi everyone,
So today hasn’t really gone as planned. I’ve done a bit of blog-hopping and forum commenting to aid with generating traffic but I haven’t felt too well today so it’s been a struggle to concentrate.
I did intend to explore other free traffic methods but haven’t been able to get my head down and do this, although I have spent a bit of time reading up on some different approaches and learning how to implement so other things. So hopefully tomorrow I’ll have more energy and will be able to focus better.
As for anything statistics-wise, I can’t tell you as, for the second day running, it appears that Google Analytics is experiencing some down time.
So, at the end of the first week, what can I say in summary? Well with my consistent, dedicated efforts to make forum and blog comments, my traffic has definitely been consistently higher. I have to be honest, though, and say that I would really like to see it higher than it has been. So I think that I will need to focus on my traffic-generating efforts even more and, as I said, look for some more ways.
Tomorrow I am definitely going to focus on some additional traffic sources. I shall see how that goes and then report back.
Although the results aren’t staggering I’m still pleased with what I’ve accomplished in my first week. It’s going to be really interesting to see how things pan out over the next 5 weeks. Going through this challenge is definitely good for my focus and accountability. Plus, the fact that I’m documenting this daily will give readers a step-by-step insight into exactly what I did to reach my goal (assuming I reach it! lol!)
For now I’m feeling really drained so I shall have to call it a day and get myself to bed. See you tomorrow! 🙂
Hey buddy hope all is well with you. I wondering where you were. I know that from time to time we can and will face real challenges. Sometimes they are physical in nature too. Just know that it all comes with the territory. As they say, no pain , no gain right. It’s good to hear that progress is being made and that you are venturing into different methods.
As I was listening to the webinar today, I was thinking about all the different traffic strategies there are and how important it is to really master one at a time. How can you tell you’ve mastered it, when you get results. The next step is to focus on converting the traffic into leads and that comes with quality content. Just keep doing what you’re doing man and it all will come together.

I’m hoping that today I’ll be able to charge ahead and get loads done. Google Analytics is still not working for me, I don’t know why. I might have to send a support message to Google but if/when I get a response could be anyone’s guess! Oh well, all these things are little hurdles that we must overcome. None of them change the big picture.
